US fans of the Premier League received good news on Thursday afternoon. tuneIN Sports has reacquired US radio rights to the Premier League. Beginning with Matchday 9 tuneIN will air every Premier League match across 1 of 10 different Premier League channels. The ten channels have all been set up in conjunction with talkSPORT, which remains the Global Audio Partner of the Premier League and will produce all 10 matches every matchday.
After news came that that the matches would be available, I contacted tuneIN to hear if they would be available as part of the TuneIn Premium service or if they would be available for free. TuneIn responded they would be available for free. For those who have hated NBC Sports Gold Pass subscription service, another legal option will be available.
