College Baseball on ESPN Networks May 16- 18

As the regular season wraps up at the college level, the networks of ESPN will feature 8 matchups between ranked teams this week. Next week it will be championship time for the conferences. In the meantime, here is the press release from ESPN.

ESPN’s regular-season college baseball coverage will conclude this weekend with eight matchups between ranked teams over three days. The lineup also includes five of the top eight teams. Highlights:
  • ESPN3 will cover three games of a showdown between the top teams in the ACC Coastal Division when No. 8 Virginia travels to No. 1 North Carolina: Friday, May 16, at 6 p.m.; Saturday, May 17, at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, May 18, at 2 p.m.
  • ESPNU’s Thursday Night SEC Baseball Game of the Week, May 16, at 7:30 p.m., will pit No. 3 LSU against No. 20 Ole Miss.
  • ESPNU will televise consecutive days of doubleheaders, both with ranked teams.
  • The action for Friday, May 17, will feature matchups of ranked teams beginning with No. 22 Clemson at No. 7 Florida State at 8 p.m. followed by No. 23 UC-Irvine at Cal State-Fullerton at 11 p.m.
  • The lineup for Saturday, May 18, will begin with Pittsburgh at No. 11 Louisville at noon followed by another game featuring Clemson at Florida State at 3 p.m.
