NCAA Lacrosse Quarterfinal TV Schedule for Saturday & Sunday

The NCAA Lacrosse Championship continues this weekend with the regional quarterfinal rounds. Below is a list of matches, times, and announcers who will be active for ESPN.

NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship Continues with Quarterfinal Action on Saturday and Sunday

The 2013 NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship Presented by Northwestern Mutual resumes with six of the top eight seeds on Saturday and Sunday, May 18 & 19, with quarterfinal action from Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium in College Park, Md., and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, respectively. Action on Saturday on ESPN2 and WatchESPN features No. 3 seed Ohio State vs. Cornell at 12:30 p.m., followed by top-seed Syracuse facing Yale at 3 p.m. Sunday’s action on ESPNU and WatchESPN showcases No. 4 seed Denver vs. No. 5 North Carolina at noon, followed by No. 2 seed Notre Dame against No. 7 Duke.

ESPN’s top lacrosse commentating team will again be in position for the quarterfinals and championship weekend, led by veteran play-by-play voice Eamon McAnaney, along with analyst Quint Kessenich and sideline reporter/analyst Paul Carcaterra. During their college careers, Kessenich (Johns Hopkins) and Carcaterra (Syracuse) both played in four NCAA Championships and each won a national title with their respective teams.

Host Anish Shroff will be at ESPNU’s Charlotte, N.C., studios with analyst Mark Dixon (Johns Hopkins midfielder) for all quarterfinal action. Joining the duo in studio for the second straight year is Lehigh head coach Kevin Cassese.

ESPN networks have exclusive coverage of all 15 games of the NCAA Championship for the seventh straight year. Coverage of the games across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3 and WatchESPN concludes with the national semifinals on Saturday, May 25, and the national title game on Monday, May 27. The women’s championship weekend – beginning Friday, May 24, with the national semifinals – will be shown on ESPN3, followed by the title game on Sunday, May 26, on ESPNU and WatchESPN.
