Hustle Award: Broadcaster John Schriffen has 7 games within 9 days in 5 cities: (Nov 4) G League Ignite/OKC, (Sat) Tulane/Tulsa CFB, (Sun) G League Ignite/Salt Lake City Stars, (Mon) Iowa/BCU CBB, (Wed) NIU/WKU CFB, (Thurs) Notre Dame/Redford CBB & (Nov 12) Ignite/Santa Cruz.

Oops Award: ESPN's Stan Routt accidentally called the Prairie View A&M Panthers the PV Tigers. The Tigers are Prairie View A&M's main rival: Texas Southern.

Top analysis: ESPN's Stan Routt stated that penetration is the key to stopping the run and setting up 3rd and long situations.

Top reporting: ESPN's Paul Carcaterra revealed Oregon State was focusing on the run game rather than relying on the pass because they were worried that the wind would make their short pass schemes ineffective.

Best reporting: ESPN's Paul Carcaterra revealed that Washington's 2 4th down attempts occurred because they were worried that the wind would cause a missed FG, making the 4th Down attempt the better option.

Best analysis: ESPN's Andre Ware after Philpott asked if the wind affected QB's.
Ware: "Not really. Not if you can throw it and knife it through the wind."

Best stat: ESPN's Andre Ware pointed out this was the first time this year that Washington failed to score on their first possession.

Philpott: "Yes, but he was fired after a year."

Ingoglia: "You're talking to a guy who loves when you go under center."

Best stat: Fox Sports Dan Hellie stated 5 games in the BYU/Boise State rivalry have been decided by 3 or less, the exact difference with BYU leading 31-28.

Best comment: Fox Sports Petros Papadakis on how a game is decided. "You have to make your own breaks. Look at that dog. He doesn't have hands, so he uses his teeth to get the tee. That's creating your own break."

Best stat: Fox Sports production showed last week Boise's D gave up 3 rushing yards, but this week they've given up 134 with 8 minutes left in the 3rd.

Biggest understatement: Stadium's Chris Hassel declared that UAB RB DeWayne McBride is the best running back in the country no one talks about. In only 9 games this season he's already gone over 1,200 yards rushing, and for his career he's already surpassed the 3,000 yard mark.

Complete disrespect to this weekends NFL games. Beginning with Game 5 of the World Series Nov. 3, Fox has chosen to air Dallas/Green Bay promos for the game on Nov. 13 rather than airing a promo for their single header games Nov. 6.

Best line: Fox Sports Gus Johnson, "You know why analytics fail? It doesn't take into account momentum. You have a bunch of guys who never played telling those who are playing what to do, and coaches are listening. WHY?"

Best line: Fox Sports Tim Brando wondered how Oklahoma State QB Garret Rangel was feeling after a slow start.
"The youngster must be feeling shell shocked. Five passes and 2 of them have been intercepted."

Fox Sports Tim Brando outlined the need for depth at all positions after Oklahoma State began being tested in close games (Texas) and losses (TCU & Kansas State), "You know it's November when you're being tested at depth at all positions."

Best exchange: After Georgia head coach Kirby Smart races down sideline to call timeout, CBS' Brad Nessler says, "Pretty good speed." Gary Danielson retorts: "Well let's put it this way, Kirby would not recruit Kirby."

Best exchange: After Texas Tech failed a 4th Down attempt
Joel Klatt: "Joey McGuire is either thinking I've only got two possessions left OR TCU is going to score, but I'll have 2 possessions to surpass it."
Moments later TCU scored, leading Johnson to proclaim, "Analytics, who needs them. Throw them all in the garbage. TCU's out to their biggest lead all because of a failed fourth down attempt."

Best stat: ESPN's Tom Hart pointed out that Will Rogers touchdown pass to Caleb Ducking, his 24th of the season, was a MSU record (71). He also pointed out that Rogers career passing yardage passed Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott's on the series. And Rogers is only a junior.

Funniest exchange: Tom Hart and Jordan Rodgers laughed about some of the differences in the CFL compared to the NFL/NCAA.
Hart: "I'm glad you clarified America. You did play in Canada for a while."
Rodgers: "Yeah, it gets weird in Canada. You've got 12 guys on the field"
Hart: "The field's longer, you've got goal posts in a weird spot."
Rodgers: "Guys can run in motion before the snap."
Hart: "How has air raid never caught on in Canada?"

Oops Award: SEC Official Leo Hedrick called a blind side block on the offense but then said it would be half the distance to the goal and an automatic 1st down for the offense. He quickly changed it to a 15 yard penalty on the offense, but he forgot to remove the automatic 1st down.

Best question: ESPN's Tom Hart asked Cole Cubelic which multiple choice options Mike Leach gave him.
Cole replied: "Well I asked him if he wanted shrimp or lobster. He went with crab legs. I didn't know there was an option C."

Top stat: Fox Sports Brady Quinn shared that TCU should move from a QB option focus to a RB attack focus because TCU's RB's averaged 5.5 yards per carry in the first half.

Best stat: Fox Sports Gus Johnson shared that Texas Tech's last win over TCU came in 2017 w/ 3rd String QB Jett Duffey.
