Seeing as soccer is growing in popularity, I shall be including more soccer posts on my sports blog. The UEFA Champions League returns next Tuesday, August 19. Once again the networks of FOX will carry the majority of the UEFA Champions League series. However a new joint agreement gives ESPN the games that Fox isn't showing live and gives ESPN Deportes the #2 game each week.
Here is your week 1 UEFA Champions TV schedule. Coverage for all matches begins at 2:30 PM, though the Fox stations will have a pregame starting at 2 PM. Any match airing on ESPN3 will be shown on Fox Soccer Plus & Fox Sports 2 tape delayed.
All games will be archived for a limited time on Fox Soccer 2 Go. Seeing as announcers for each game aren't sent out by Fox, I shall not include the announcers here, unless someone can provide me with the info in advance.
