The English Premier League returns from its summer break this weekend on the networks of NBC and Westwood One. Once again every English Premier League game will be shown on NBC, NBCSN, CNBC or USA (select games when NBCSN has other programming conflicts), and NBC Extra Time (until elimination Sunday when NBC will once again show every game on television on a NBC Network). Select games will be shown in Spanish on mun2 and Telemundo. NBC has finalized the Week 1 television schedule.
Seeing as I know most people want to know the announcers calling each game, when announcing assignments are made available, I will be sure to edit and add them. Until that time, here is your Week 1 schedule.
As for Westwood One's coverage, Westwood One will air a simulcast of the talkSPORT broadcasts from the UK. Only 60 matches will be broadcast in the US across Westwood One radio affiliates. However all 380 matches will be made available on westwoodonesports.com. That link will be made available Friday night or Saturday morning. Once they have posted it, I will add it here. Should I learn which announcers are calling the talkSPORT broadcasts, I will add them in as well.
