ESPN Outlines Women's British Open Golf Tournament Broadcast details

There isn't that much difference between this years Women's British Open and last years Womens' British Open in terms of broadcast information. All rounds will be shown live on ESPN2. However ABC will air a recap show on the final day of the competition. Here's the details released today by ESPN Media Zone. 

Women’s British Open Golf Tees Up on ESPN2, ABC

One of the world’s most famous golf courses, the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland, will host the world’s top women’s golfers for the Ricoh Women’s British Open as ESPN2 and WatchESPN air three hours of live coverage of each of the championship’s four rounds.
The first two rounds of play on Thursday and Friday, Aug. 1-2, will air from 9 a.m. – noon ET while the third and final rounds on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 3-4, will air from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., all on ESPN2 and WatchESPN. In addition to the daily live coverage, one hour of final-round highlights will air on ABC at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
World No. 1 Inbee Park will be chasing history on the iconic Old Course at St. Andrews as she tries for her fourth major championships in one season. Park, who finished second in last year’s Ricoh Women’s British Open, also will be seeking her first win in the event.
Defending champion Ji-Yai Shen will seek her second consecutive win, Among the American players expected to compete in the championship are World No. 2 Stacy Lewis, Paula Creamer, Michelle Wie, Lexi Thompson and Cristie Kerr.
Sean McDonough will anchor ESPN’s coverage, joined for analysis by World Golf Hall of FamerJudy Rankin and two-time women’s major winner Dottie Pepper. Two-time U.S. Open champion Andy North  and Bill Kratzert will report from the course.   
All Ricoh Women’s British Open programming on ESPN2 is available on computers, smartphones, tablets, Xbox and Apple TV via WatchESPN, accessible to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliate provider including Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Verizon FiOS TV, Comcast Xfinity TV, Midcontinent Communications, Cablevision, Cox, Charter Communications and AT&T U-verse (coming soon to NRTC members’ customers).
