Worst moment: CBS Sports Brad Nessler, who is usually on the money on down and distance calls, and all aspects of the game told viewers the Alabama FG was good when it missed. Nessler added salt to the wound by saying it hit the crossbar. The kick was simply short.

Best innovation: SEC Network had Tom Hart, Jordan Rodgers, and Cole Cubelic call the game from field level. It's a fresh idea for one of the best trios in College Football.

Top info: SEC Network’s Tom Hart, at field level, was able to relay to viewers what Ole Miss was planning on Defense.

Best exchange: SEC Network Cole Cubelic & Tom Hart had a shot with both of them at field level. Hart noted the Vanderbilt kickoff returners have a large video board to distract them. Cubelic pointed out the different perspective and appreciation from watching from field level.

Best move: By having the trio at field level, SEC Network had access to both Head Coaches at halftime and took advantage. Both Head Coaches were interviewed at halftime. Jordan Rodgers spoke with Vanderbilt Head Coach Clark Lea, and Cole Cubelic spoke with Ole Miss Head Coach Lane Kiffin.

Best moment: SEC Network trio of Tom Hart, Cole Cubelic, and Jordan Rodgers sat on bar stools recapping the First Half, and Tom Hart said, “The game is starting. Let’s go!”

Strongest comment: Fox Sports Tim Brando, on Oklahoma State, “The most complete team in this league is the team you are watching right now- Oklahoma State, and I don’t think it’s even close.”

Oops Award: ESPN’s Mark Jones, on South Carolina tried to sell to referees that a punt hit an Auburn player, “There is some bad acting going on down there. Non-Oscar winning performances. You can sell that all day long. Nobody’s buying. That’s bootleg.” Call was reviewed, and an Auburn player touched the ball. Possession awarded to South Carolina.

Top analysis: Fox Sports Spencer Tillman noted Texas Tech's defense becoming winded. Oklahoma State made them work sideline to sideline with an occasional pop in the middle."

Best production: SEC Network got a live shot of an Ole Miss interception near the sideline with a shot of Tom Hart and Jordan Rodgers 5 yards away.

Best line: Fox Sports Spencer Tillman, on Oklahoma State, “They may not have players on those short names of these post-season honors, but I will dare you to find a better defense with the cohesion, depth, age, and the continuity that you see on OK State. Nobody matches except Georgia.”

Best line: Fox Sports Petros Papadakis, on the New Mexico offense, “Nothing is sustainable on the Lobos offense. It's been like this all season.”
