With the path to the Postseason underway, MLB Network will feature a Labor Day tripleheader and intra-divisional battles as part of its live game schedule from September 2-14. The Labor Day action on Monday, September 2 begins with an NL Central showdown as the Cincinnati Reds host the first-place St. Louis Cardinals at 1:00 p.m. ET. Viewers in select markets will see the Chicago White Sox take on the New York Yankees at 1:00 p.m. ET. Following the Cardinals at Reds, the AL West-leading Texas Rangers visit the second-place Oakland Athletics at 4:00 p.m. ET. Viewers in select markets will see an AL Wild Card battle featuring the Cleveland Indians hosting the Baltimore Orioles at 4:00 p.m. ET. MLB Tonight follows the game and will lead viewers into the finale of the tripleheader, which features the Tampa Bay Rays, who trail the Boston Red Sox by one game and a half games in the AL East, taking on the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at 9:00 p.m. ET.
The MLB Network Showcase schedule continues in September with the New York Yankeesmatching up against the AL East-leading Red Sox on Thursday, September 5 at 7:00 p.m. ET, live from Yankee Stadium, and again on Friday, September 13 at 7:00 p.m. ET, live from Fenway Park.Matt Vasgersian and Jim Kaat will call both games with Tom Verducci serving as the on-field reporter. Led by Alfonso Soriano and Robinson Cano, the Yankees have moved within four and a half games of the Rays and Athletics in the AL Wild Card race.
The Pittsburgh Pirates, who trail the Cardinals by a half-game in the NL Central, face St. Louis on Saturday, September 7 at 7:00 p.m. ET, live from Busch Stadium. Miguel Cabrera, who leads MLB with a 1.137 OPS and 130 RBI's, and the Tigers host the Kansas City Royals on Saturday, September 14 at 7:00 p.m. ET, live from Comerica Park.

Games will be blacked out in each team's home television territory unless otherwise announced.
