The IndyCar series continues its trek on ABC with a race in Primetime this week. Also this week the Nationwide Series is back in Primetime on ESPN. Below is the Press Release outlining all the details.

IndyCar Goes Prime Time on ABC from Texas
The IZOD IndyCar Series makes its annual visit to one of the series’ most competitive tracks, Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, and ABC will air the Firestone 500 live in prime time on Saturday night, June 8. Pre-race airs at 8:30 p.m. ET with the race’s green flag at 8:45 p.m.

NASCAR Nationwide Series in Prime Time at Iowa on ESPN
The NASCAR Nationwide Series competes under the lights in prime time at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Ia., on Saturday, June 8, and ESPN will have a live telecast of the 250-lap race.NASCAR Countdown airs at 7:30 p.m. ET with the race’s green flag at 8:15 p.m. All NASCAR programming on ESPN networks is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets through WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app.

ESPN2’s daily NASCAR news and information program NASCAR Now will preview the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway in the one-hour edition airing Sunday, June 9, at 9 a.m. ET. Host Shannon Spake will be joined in the studio by ESPN NASCAR analyst Ricky Craven with reporters Jim Noble and Ryan McGee at the track.
